2. **Kết nối thông tin OA**

**Thông tin OA:** Tích hợp OA từ Dashboard với iCloud khách hàng, đồng bộ dữ liệu OA và triển khai API để kiểm tra mức độ quan tâm, đồng thời gửi tin nhắn ZNS hiệu quả.

**Thao tác kết nối OA:**

**Bước 1:** Truy cập dashboard quản lý ⇒ Chọn "**Cấu hình cửa hàng**"

**Bước 2:** Chọn mục "**Thông tin doanh nghiệp**"

**Bước 3**: Chọn mục "**Thông tin OA**"

**Bước 4:** Nhấn nút "**Kết nối OA**"

**Bước 5:** Đồng ý kết nối OA từ Zalo Cloud của khách
