# Đổi phiếu mua quà

Để thực hiện đổi quà thì mình cần tạo trước voucher để đạt được giá trị điểm khi quy đổi nhập "Số điểm quy đổi" ở phần tạo "Mã giảm giá"

#### Đổi Quà - Đổi Phiếu Mua Quà

**1. Quy Trình Đổi Quà**

Admin: Đăng nhập Dashboard → Tạo voucher đổi phiếu mua hàng.

Khách hàng: Truy cập MiniApp → Dùng số điểm đã tích và Nhấn “Đổi quà” để đổi điểm lấy voucher.

3. **Ví voucher của tôi:** Xem các voucher đã nhận.
4. **Kiểm tra lịch sử**

Quản lý lịch sử đổi quà trừ điểm (tương tự xem lịch sử tích điểm)

**Về phía khách hàng dùng miniapp:**

**Bước 1:** Truy cập miniapp (bằng mã QR, link chia sẽ, search tìm kiếm tên cửa hàng trên phần kho ứng dụng miniapp của zalo)

**Bước 2:** Truy cập màn Cá nhân để xem lịch sử tích điểm của chiến dịch lô tem

**Về phía admin/ chủ cửa hàng muốn xem lịch sử tích điểm của khách thì:**

**Bước 1:** Truy cập dasboard quản lý ⇒ Chọn mục "**Khách hàng**"

**Bước 2:** Nhấn thao tác "**Chỉnh sửa"** để xem các thông tin tích điểm

**Bước 3:** Chọn "**Lịch sử tích điểm**" để xem danh sách tích điểm
